Self-care:

   Knowing the truth and searching for it even if it reached the limit of adventure and experience, whether negative or positive, it will add to us a lot, and varied self-care between body treatment and self-knowledge, including wrestling disease, and overcome the desires, and adapt to the laws of nature surrounding us.
  The desire for knowledge or wisdom is not a condition for self-care; we must go for the ability to transcend, to move towards thought and to rise, and to overlook pleasures that do not reconcile our traditions and customs.
  To achieve mental and physical compatibility in order to help ourselves to strengthen the relationship between the requirements of life and self in a positive way free of negatives.

How to achieve self:
